YepBook provides an AI-powered text messaging platform that allows businesses to manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders via SMS. The service serves both business owners ("Businesses") and their end clients ("Customers").

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Businesses must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

4. Communications & SMS Policy

By using the Service, Businesses agree to receive transactional and operational text messages from YepBook. Customers who initiate a booking via text message consent to receive replies, confirmations, and reminders regarding that appointment.

YepBook does not charge for text messages, but standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For detailed information on our messaging practices, please see our SMS Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or unlawful materials.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the YepBook name, logos, text, and software, are the exclusive property of YepBook and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
