Pricing FAQ
Do I have to pay during the pilot?
No. YepBook is free for everyone who joins during our early pilot, on any plan, until we release publicly. We'll reach out well before launch with the details, and you can decide then whether to continue.
What counts as an appointment?
One confirmed booking = one appointment, including everything around it — the booking conversation, confirmation, reminder, and any reschedules. Cancellations and reschedules never count as extra appointments.
Do you charge per text?
No. We count appointments, not texts. Your clients can go back and forth as much as they need — all the conversation around an appointment is included.
What happens if I go over my included appointments?
Nothing breaks — your booking line never shuts off mid-month. Extra appointments are simply added to your bill at your plan's per-appointment rate, and we'll give you a heads-up when you're at 80% of your allowance.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want. No contracts, no commitments.
Do I need the Team plan for 2 employees?
Solo works great for one person. If you have staff who need their own schedules and self-management, go with Team.
